The future of the earth depends on all of us using energy wisely and taking care of the environment.
STEM students coordinate the paper recycling program at the High School. They ensure that all classrooms and offices have a recycling bin with labels to indicate what is and is not recyclable. Students are responsible for emptying all recycling bins each week.
STEM students collect and recycle: cell phones, printer cartridges, laptop computers and digital cameras. If you have any of these items, please take or send them to the High School Library.
STEM students plan and organize age appropriate energy conservation and environmental lessons. Club members visit the Intermediate/Middle School and teach lessons about the importance of taking care of the environment and saving energy.
