Iroquois High School, as a globally aware community, is built on high expectations that encourages a positive environment. This environment inspires students to develop the skills to think critically, creatively and take ownership of their own learning.

Iroquois School District prides itself on our Family culture. Participants in our athletic program are largely responsible for the maintenance and growth of this culture within our school. It is our mission to produce experiences our athletes can be proud of and in return contribute positively to our culture and traditions.

Iroquois Schools have a long history of providing quality visual arts and music education for all students. Our goal is for students to find joy, inspiration, intellectual stimulation, and meaning when they participate in the arts.

Mr. Barker

Hello!

I am Bryan Barker; I have been teaching at Iroquois High School since 2021. In my time here I have, and continue to teach, grades 9-12 in a variety of courses (list of courses provided below). We provide hands on, lab/shop-based programming and projects in multiple areas of study.

Our program is vast and coincides with a myriad of other content areas and curriculums, from math to science, business to engineering, and so much more.

Our vision is to grow the program to the point where we will offer an Academy in 4 Core Areas: Architecture & Construction, Pre-Engineering, Manufacturing, & Digital Multimedia. With these pathways, we will work to provide students with opportunities with College Accreditations, Certifications, & Internship Opportunities.

We utilize industry standard programming and equipment to meet the growing needs of our students, our community, our industries, and our educational institutions.
