New York City Trip 2025

Dear Iroquois Music Parent or Guardian:                                                                         9/6/24

 

We are excited to share that members of our select ensembles (Grades 10-12) will once again have the opportunity to take a tour to New York City this spring. The trip will be chaperoned by Music and other Iroquois faculty.  The students will be on an exciting and busy schedule so that we can do and see as much as possible. We will be experiencing all the best cultural and artistic things New York has to offer. All Iroquois Music Department and District policies concerning alcohol, drugs and inappropriate behavior will be strongly in effect. 

 

A $200.00 trip deposit is due by Friday, October 4.  Please make the check out to: Iroquois Central Schools.  Students may deduct their activity account balance (if they have money to use) from this first payment.  We will be offering several additional fundraisers to help students pay for their trip.  At this time, the trip cost is a solid estimate, but may vary slightly with changing costs as the year progresses. Additional payments (minus student’s fund raising profits) will be due in January and March.

 

Please attach the check to the signed and dated permission form attached to this letter, as well as the school trip permission/medical form, and have your child sign in compliance with the behavioral agreement.  (Return just the permission forms and keep this sheet for your information.)
